Throughout history, there have been many calls for change to take on world challenges. Here is a 'working template' that best illustrates and facilitates positive change.

- Sorting: Clashes, Conflicts, Differences, Disagreements, Discrepancies, Dissents, Inconsistencies & Variances ~ To adapt to less variation.
- Converting, Reforming, Renovating, Reshaping, Reworking, Revolutionizing & Transforming ~ To shift or pass from one state to another.
- Amending, Correcting, Redrafting, Rephrasing, Rewording & Rewriting ~ To make positive corrections.
- To be - Accurate, Exact, Factual, Precise, Right, & True ~ To get the desired result!
Note: When the Apollo rocket went to the moon, how often was the rocket determined to be on course? Answer: Only 2.5 % of the time. What were the astronauts doing the rest of the time? The answer: Rapidly correcting and adjusting 97.5% of the time to save on fuel.
We should take full notice! It is imperative for Jamaica to correct and adjust for mistakes quickly, as you are quickly running out of valuable fuel - human capital - aboard right now is Jamaica's future - the children!
