All along—the poor have been losing to time! 
  • The fact is... many are so poor that they still carry water on their heads, sometimes traveling for miles to bring home a bucket of water. There is a time factor lost, when pipes can deliver water faster, at the turn of a faucet.
  • The fact is... by having the right tools to do the job - makes it possible for you can decrease the time it takes to improve a job. To improve lives for the poor by using better and faster tools to be more productive.
  • The fact is... a point from point A to B, is a straight line it is the shortest distance. Paved roads, as opposed to pothole-riddled roads, provide the shortest distance. Shorter distances become particularly important in life and death situations when every second counts. In these situations, people need quick access to emergency (fire, police, ambulance) services. Added, better road signs make it easier for people to quickly determine the best route.
  • The fact is... there is a time factor (a rate of speed) at which products or services are ideally moved via roads, seaports, airports, and, across electronic devices to their destinations. Not having adequate infrastructure isolates many—this adds up to much wasted time. In the modern world, where there is a loss of time, there is a potential loss of much-needed revenue; time is money.
  • The fact is... our technical progress, this status in the world, is marked by how fast we can establish higher quality standards. The poor of our world lack better quality standards and time-reducing applications to toil less and thus facilitate a better life. Clogged economic arteries (that bottleneck) restrict time which relates to wasted money. Time is money and money is time.
  • The fact is... accomplish more; eliminate redundant steps to reduce completion time. Time-wise policies, procedures, guidelines, training, blueprints, templates, codes, rules, laws, and regulations can all govern speedier paths to wealth for the poor, but oftentimes these are not understood, nor implemented.
Peter Drucker, the management consultant once said: "Time is the scarcest resource unless managed, nothing else can be managed." Peter Drucker also said, "know where your time goes". Time is never retrievable.
