nce upon a time in a far-away land, there was a poor country. Out of many, arose a leader with great promises to uplift a country with many social, environmental, and economic reforms.
For a time, the populous anticipated better outcomes, but decades went by without adequate political intervention. Corruption, waste, high costs, ineffectiveness, and suffering were blatantly and painfully evident.
Leadership had to be absent-minded, as chances for survival became slim, almost nil, especially for the poorest. And so, there was a loss of precious time, as more declines just continued…
Why, why, why should anything change when so many injustices were still painfully prevalent?
Eventually holding leadership to account, the populace had to answer critical and enabling questions: who, what, how, where, when, and why?
- Who has the credentials to be the best leader?
- What are the 12 pillars to be competitive in the world?
- How is Total Quality Management used to control fraud, waste, delays, and errors?
- Where are the best standards?
- When is our condition likely to change?
- Why was something not done before?
