Who am I?
You'll find my first name Poor is an oxymoron to my last name Quality. My diametrically opposed name Poor Quality leads to more misconceptions, as my causes and effects follow this sequence:
- My causes start with a departure from the specification (any downgrade, deviation, delay, error, or non-conformance from specification) … my poor-quality effects could be the result of a reduction in policy, procedure, guideline, standard, code, law, regulation, or blueprint.
- My lower policies, procedures, guidelines, standards, codes, laws, regulations, and blueprints… reduce satisfaction levels in products or services.
- My satisfaction levels that are reduced… creates inadequate contentment or liking.
- As my contentment and demands decrease… so will my supply level, profits, and net worth.
- Similarly, my inferior policies, procedures, guidelines, standards, codes, laws, regulations, and blueprints support my unfitness, defects (errors), delays, failures, scrap, rework, returns & recall… which form a higher expenditure of time, human resources & material capital.
- As my unnecessary use of resources & capital add-up… this produces much unnecessary cost and waste!
- My greater imbalances… lead to further 'downgrades, fractures & failures' in system performance.
- My less transparent and streamlined systems… then boggle down my arrangement with redundancy.
- As my competitive advantage diminishes… it is noticed in the marked disappearance in levels of quality in many sectors.
- My further lack of quality leads to 'devaluation and debasement'… this impairs socioeconomic values and downgrades my global ranking.
- As I surrender to more fiscal compression, increasing contractions & debt build-up… this fronts depression, recession, inflation, hyperinflation, and stagnation.
- Stagnation… limits the progression and advancement results for a better standard of living and quality of life for everyone.
