*** When did curb appeal go? ***
To whom it may concern:
When poor quality produces a condition of scarcity, shortage, or deficiency, I find that quality values are absent. Why should this be?
Over the years for the want of a nail, a new door, a roof, some paint eventually my neighbor's house lost its property value. So little by little, there was a loss in the face value of our initial investments.
Since my neighbor's house lost its quality value (by depreciation) this resulted in my property value depreciating too. There went the neighborhood and our community!
I wonder, will this loss of quality value should now extend throughout our country?

We should take full notice!
Question: Why does the cost of living and taxes increase? The answer: As communities fall apart, property taxes (and taxes in general) are raised to offset the increasing cost of government expense to blighted communities.
